Rashid Ali Bynum, who was charged with the murder of Sayreville Councilwoman Eunice Dwumfour, is presently being transported from Virginia to New Jersey and will likely make his first court appearance tomorrow, the New Jersey Globe has confirmed. Bynum, 28, was arrested near Smithfield, Virginia, on May 30 after an exhaustive investigation that began after the 30-year-old Dwumfour was found shot multiple times outside her home in the Camelot at LaMer townhouse complex in the Parlin section of Sayreville on February 1.
