Office and warehouse proposed in Sayreville single-family residential zone SAYREVILLE – Plans for an office and warehouse building in a single-family residential zone are scheduled to come before the Zoning Board of Adjustment this month. Applicant 103 Properties LLC is seeking preliminary and final major site plan approval and a use variance to demolish the existing structure at 117 Scott Ave. and construct a 5,687-squre-foot building on the 12,500-square-foot lot, according to public documents.
